Restorative Massage : In my years of massage therapy, when asked, what kind of massage I give, I found that there was never an easy way to answer the question. Massage can't be put into one category, in my opinion. I take each session as it comes, based on my client's needs and desires. A Restorative Massage session includes relaxation, deep therapeutic massage, aromatherapy, hot towel hydrotherapy (seasonal) to deliver a deep state of relaxation and rejuvenation. Base charge: $65/hr, $85/90 min, $130/120 min.  Sliding scale: $50+/hr  $70+/90 min

Prenatal Massage : Prenatal massage is a great opportunity for each mother to give back to her body which is undergoing very significant change. It allows a woman to relief stress and anxiety and connect to her body and prepare for birth. In addition it eases back and hip pain by increasing circulation and lengthening tight, overstretched muscles and ligaments. Prenatal sessions are tailored to each woman and her needs based on the baby's gestational age. Base charge: $65/hr, $85/90 min, $130/120 min.   Sliding scale: $50+/hr  $70+/90 min

Reiki : An ancient art form and Japanese practice to utilize Universal Life Force Energy to calm nervous, emotional, and physical tension. Restorative/Prenatal Massage fee + $10

Reflexology : Direct pressure to reflex points in each foot are stimulated to gain a higher level of health and body functioning. Reflexology sessions are very relaxing and rejuvenating and include hot towel hydrotherapy. Restorative/Prenatal Massage fee + $10
