I offer three forms of bodywork: Reiki, Reflexology, and Touch Therapy.

Reiki: Re-centering, re-energizing, and re-vitalizing your body, mind, and spirit through Universal Life Force energy. (Qi, Chi, Prana). This bodywork method calms the nervous system, relieves physical or emotional pain and tension, and reduces stress and anxiety. 30 min $40.  60 min $50.  90 min $70. Reiki can be added into any massage for just $10 additional dollars.

Reflexology: Rhythmic application of pressure to specific reflex points on the feet relax and restore homeostasis through out the body's systems and optimizes their performance. This bodywork method is deeply relaxing even though only the feet are touched. It includes a foot treatment, with hot towels to refresh and warm the feet.  30 min $40. 60 min $55. 90 min $75. Reflexology can be added into any massage for just $10 additional dollars.

Touch Therapy: Re-establishes safe, supportive touch into a person's life who wants to reconect with touch in a safe environment. Touch Therapy is beneficial in treating body image problems, previous abuse, and/or post tramatic stress.
